Mac’s Landing
Brennan Creek, 2026
This net-zero community sits on 150 acres of waterfront property on Adams Lake. A mix of rental and private cabins are served by a creek-fed water system, community septic, and a network of roads and trails. Each cabin is oriented to the south, with rooftop solar in sufficient quantity to provide all electricity required, with excess flowing back to the grid. Metal siding and roofs are resistant to wildfire, while heavy timber and wood soffits support the local economy. Future phases will include upland forest cabins, smaller rental cabins, and a community playground and beach.
